on OS X, use SYSTEM_CLOCK, not CALENDAR_CLOCK

Analogously to using `CLOCK_MONOTONIC` on Linux to time events in favor of `CLOCK_REALTIME`, `SYSTEM_CLOCK` should be used in favor of `CALENDAR_CLOCK` on OS X.
